March Newsletter 2021

Thank you!

As we continue our Spring Semester, we would like to thank you for your support! We would not be able to do what we do without you and your dancers!

Spring Break 2021

EPPA will be closed from Monday, March 15th - Saturday, March 20th for Spring Break. Classes will resume on Monday, March 22nd.

Just a reminder, that if your dancer leaves EP County limits, we require them to take classes virtually for 2 weeks.

COVID-19 Protocols

EPPA would like to remind you we are still following COVID-19 protocols. Please remind your dancer(s) to wear their mask(s) and bring their own water into the dance studio. Only dancers and staff will be allowed within the dance studio. Dancers will be let into the building no more than ten minutes before each class. Dancers will be released from class no more than five minutes early so we may properly sanitize the dance room for the next class. Please be on time to pick up your dancer(s) or call EPPA at 915-300-0461 if you are running late.

Dance Classes/Rotation

As we continue growing, please be advised that if more than ten dancers are registered to attend class in-person at any time, the class will be put on a rotation schedule. If a rotation schedule is needed, we will notify all parents and dancers at that time.

The classes we have on rotation currently are Mini Ballet and Mini Hip Hop.

If any changes need to be made to your dancer’s classes, please respond to the emailed invoice or email us at

All invoices are due on or before the 15th of every month.

Dance Shoes and Studio Gear

Please let us know if your dancer needs dance shoes or tights. Dance shoes may take up to two weeks to come in. We are still in the process of having our logo updated on merchandise. If you are interested in any studio gear please email us at or call us at 915-300-0461.

Sun City Dance Classic 2021

EPPA will be allowing Senior dancers to participate in this year's Sun City Dance Classic. Only Solos, Duos, and Trios will be allowed to participate. We will not be taking teams this year due to restrictions on audience members and instructors due to COVID-19.

Please let us know if you have any questions. We are hoping to have a competition season next year for all levels!!!

Stay Tuned!

Please stay tuned to your email, our website and social media platforms for any updates we have! We look forward to dancing our way through 2021!!

Thank you for your continued support!!
