- No credits and/or refunds will be given for missed classes or studio closures.
- Proper dance attire must be worn to classes. Failure to wear the appropriate clothing will result in the dancer not being allowed to participate in classes for the day. 
- El Paso Performing Arts reserves the right to refuse service or ask any dancer to leave the dance room/studio with or without cause. This is to include violation to the conduct/ behavior agreement.
- Dancers will only be released to the parent/ guardian/ emergency contact.
- Respect for the teacher and fellow students.
- Teachers reserve the right to dismiss any student who disturbs the class at any time.
- EPPA is not responsible for stolen or lost property. Please ensure your dancer's name is on their items.
- Cell phones are not permitted in the dance rooms.
- No food and drink allowed in dance rooms, please make sure to pick up your trash.
- No talking during class, unless asking the instructor a question or responding to a question the instructor asked.
- Respect your classmates. If you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all.
- If you are injured, inform your instructor before class begins. If you must sit out, bring a notebook and pen to take notes throughout the class. If a dancer chooses to sit due to injury, they will not be allowed to return to dancing in class until the doctor clears the dancer to rejoin the class (this is to prevent any further injuries).
- Dancers will keep a positive attitude toward their work, peers and instructor.
- Violations to the Anti Bully policy will be reviewed by the Director of El Paso Performing Arts Dance Studio. The Director will contact the alleged bullying party, the alleged victim, teachers, assistants, and parents who may have possibly witnessed the event. Should, in addition, evidence is found that corroborates the report; this will serve as the basis for scheduling a course of action meeting.
  o    1st offense:   The student will be taken aside and be warned about the behavior.
  o    2nd offense: The student will be removed from class and the student’s parent, or guardian will be contacted to notify them of the student’s behavior. A meeting with instructors and program director may also be scheduled.
  o    3rd offense: The student will be removed from the studio and will not be permitted to participate in any performance.
